About Us
Southern California Sensory Screening (SCSS) has been serving the health screening needs of public school districts, private and parochial schools, plus daycare centers and preschools since 1980.
We provide inexpensive, reliable testing for hearing, vision, color blindness, speech/language development, and scoliosis for students from age 3 to tenth graders.
We are a mobile service, arriving at your school with our custom hearing van and a team of school nurses who can screen up to 650 students in a single-day visit. For most screening programs, we have the finished student screening reports finished the same day and parents can call us directly to ask questions about their student's performance.
We do not make direct referrals for follow-up care. We are independent of any physician networks or provider companies, so you can be sure our services are not at the beck-and-call of someone recruiting patients.
